Q: Why did you change the Live Casino?
A: After speaking with several hundred customers over 6 months we decided to make some changes to the Live Casino to take into account key customer issues. Some of the changes we made improved game access, promotions access and gameplay issues. We also took the opportunity to give the Casino a facelift with a brand new casino floor and set of dealers. In Paddy Power Live Casino we aim to provide the best entertainment to our customers and with the new setting we will be able to do much more for our customers. That means more and bigger promotions, enhanced entertainment and more fun for you!
Q: Where is the London roulette?
A: Our popular London Roulette table is available from 5:00pm to 2:00am every day and we are looking to increase the availability of this popular table for you!
Q: What happened to my favourite dealers?
A: With the launch of the new casino we have switched to a new team of professional and friendly dealers who are just as eager to see you at our tables! We could go on praising them but why don’t you meet them for yourself? Go on, log in and meet our dealers now!
Q: I can’t find my favourite tables with my favourite limits! What do I do?
A: We are adjusting the table limits to suit our player’s needs. We encourage you to log in and check the table limit’s being updated. If you still don’t find your favourite one please use the suggestion box to give us a shout.
Q: Why is the dealer clicking with the mouse and typing on a keyboard?
A: Our dealers answer the players’ questions by chat and that requires some typing.
Q: How do I know the game is fair?

Q: I want to report a problem and the dealer is asking for the game code – where do I find it?
A: Please click on the ‘wrench icon’ on the top right hand corner of your game screen. From there, select, ‘History’ from the drop down menu. Here, you will be able to see all the bets you placed and you can also find each individual game code for each hand. With this game code, you can report your problem to the dealer.
